In this session, you will have expert instruction from one of our coaches explaining the concepts of CrossFit as well as how we apply those at CrossFit Endless Summer. You will also have an opportunity to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
Following the introduction, our coaches will walk you through some common movements in CrossFit and assess your baseline fitness through a small workout. Don't worry, our coaches will adapt this workout to fit your mobility and fitness level so don't feel like you need to be in in shape to attend. At the end of this session, you and your coach will determine best next steps for you.
