I AM NEW TO CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a fitness program developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. It's movements are based upon functional movements, ones that enhance everyday life, and reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, we are able to provide dramatic gains in an individuals fitness levels.
Though gains can be (and should be) measured at an individual level, CrossFit is taught in a group format. Even with this this format, CrossFit is infinitely scalable. Because of this scalability, an elite athlete can be working out next to someone only doing CrossFit for a couple of weeks and both we get an amazing workout. And it is not just some exercises, our expert coaches are able to help you scale the load and intensity of any workout to meet your specific capabilities.
It is a common misconception that one needs to be in shape to join CrossFit. Anybody of any age or skill level can do CrossFit. Our expert coaches have years of experience in coaching individuals of all ages and ability levels.
